The COSI Public Information form updates all information on the ISCB COSI website, COSI community sites (e.g. Slack channel), COSI related mailing lists, and any additional approved editors beyond the identified representative and alternate representative for the COSI information/annual report.
No record is kept of this information beyond that displayed on the form.
This form can be updated at any time and it is the responsibility of the COSI to ensure accurate information.

The COSI Annual Report contains information within the "Learn More" section of the ISCB COSI website as well as information included in the ISCB annual report.
This report requires review approval from ISCB before being posted. Any rejections will come with an explanation of why.
A record of previously approved reports is kept, though only the most recently approved information is made publicly available.
While this report can be submitted at any time, it is only expected once per year.
